With over 25 years of industry experience, I’ve done it all: from dishwasher to cook; certified sommelier to management; BOH and FOH; QSR to Michelin star; family owned to companies such as Disney and Marriott. Throughout, I’ve applied the principles of Kaizen to all my endeavors: improving outcomes and devising innovative solutions for various bars, restaurants, and hotel, implementing operational efficiencies while increasing revenues and profits. I love solving problems, helping my clients succeed, making your guests smile.
